Cooling system flanges, are components that ensure proper coolant flow in the engine cooling system. Their main function is to create a permanent connection between the hoses and cooling system components, ensuring the tightness and reliability of the entire system.
SRLine flanges are:
- manufactured from high-quality plastics such as glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide (PA66), which provides resistance to high temperatures and pressures.
- subjected to multi-stage cyclical and material testing, confirming their reliability and ensuring long-term operation under high engine operating temperatures (approx. 85–105°C).
- meeting rigorous quality standards ensuring precise fit of components at a level of manufacturing precision consistent with OE parts.
